The Spectarc Project Management team perform a crucial role in the successful completion of each project. They oversee the entire process from the draft stages of the concept design through construction to installation and on-going maintenance. They coordinate and oversee every element of the project; directing the consultant team and supervising the contractors. Most importantly, the Project Managers ensure that each assignment is completed on time and within budget. Under their direction our clients can remain confident that the finished project will exceed their expectations.
A Project Manager is assigned to each project as the client’s main point of contact throughout the entire process. The extent of information and insight provided can be tailored to the requirements and needs of each client. Site progress reports will be prepared accordingly and issued monthly, providing accurate updates, including an extensive breakdown of costs. Obtaining planning permission and other statutory approvals site can be an arduous and complex process. But in the majority of cases, it greatly increases the value of the property. With the benefit of experience, the Spectarc team, together with the appropriate experts, produce the precise drawings and documents that enable them to secure the maximum potential value and capitalisation of the site.
